Break da Bank Again Mobile Slot Review

This is the follow up to the original Break da Bank series and in turn has seen a bit of face lift along with an increase in features taking place. Admittedly, the guys thinking up the name for the sequel were obviously doing so late on a Friday afternoon as it’s pretty pathetic, but the original was an excellent addition to the Microgaming portfolio and we are expecting this to be even better.

The game still occupies that ‘classic’ 5 reel 9 payline slot, which actually the last one got a fair bit of criticism about. But we think it serves a purpose for these types of games which are aimed at a broad range of people with varying bankrolls. The minimum bet of 0.01 and maximum bet of 22.50 coins would support this statement.

Theme

It’s all about breaking into the banks vault and trying to claim as much money as you possibly can before getting locked in. The game includes the same high spec graphics which were on show in the first game, with a few tweaks here and there. The deep purple colours look superb on the iPhone screen especially and the inclusion of new symbols such as ruby’s, gems, gold bars, gold coins, wads of cash and cheques really add tot eh depth of the design.

Features

The wild symbol probably has more relevance in this game than most we have covered on the site. It’s often a symbol that gets forgotten bout and whilst it does its donkey work like substituting in when and where it needs to, it also will add a multiplier to any winning lines. One will give you a 5x multiplier on your winnings, but if you manage to get one within the free spins game you will get a whopping 25x multiplier on that payline.

The scatter game is where you can win your big bucks and there is a superb jackpot of 375,000 coins on offer. The scatter symbol is the vaults door and to get into the game you will need three or more of these, although the more you get the more free spins you will receive. 3 will get you 15 spins, 4 gets you 20 spins and 5 gets 25 spins. During your time in the game you will also receive a multiplier of 5x your winnings throughout and be able to receive additional spins with every scatter that appears whilst you are playing the free spins game. It is worth noting that there are no retriggered free spins after the game has finished.

Last feature comes in the form of a gamble option – which we love – and this allows you to double or quadruple your winnings should you choose to go ahead. It’s pretty much the same as most on the Microgaming network, in that you will have to choose the colour and suit of the card to win.
